What's your starting age for letting kids text? Our 9yo has an older ipad so she could facetime Grandparents and text cousins that live in another state. A few months ago she got a hold of her friends numbers and now they have a texting group of gals. It's innocent and harmless, but I can see it creating a jealousy in my daughter. They create videos (GRWM) and showing their skin care routines, etc. I can see she is struggling that some have nicer things or things she does not have or she didn't get invited to someone's house, etc. We're struggling as we know technology is a part of their future, but we weren't ready for her to be texting with friends yet. Curious to know other thougths! Thanks in advance!

Every store I go into these days it seems like you can't find a dress under $300, besides Target!! Which don't get me wrong, I love me some Target but trying to branch out a bit. Are there any other brands that I am missing out on that won't break the bank for one dress, but are still good quality and will last??

Ok I am 36 years old and curious about mammograms. I hear so many horror stories about young women with breast cancer and it blows my mind insurance won’t cover it until 40. Any advice on if you’ve gotten one covered and are under 40 with no symptoms? Or just advice on this subject in general?

I have a 15 month old baby who loves water. I would love to get her into swim lessons but don’t want it to be a waste of time doing the classes since she already has no problem with water in her face or even me dunking her in water. Does anyone else get anxiety with summer and all the camp schedules? I feel like the mental load of the different camps each week, different drop offs and pick up times is so overwhelming. On top of that I work full time so managing my work schedule with all of that just makes me want to skip over summer. It makes me feel sad because I truly used to love summer as a kid and don't want to dread it!

No more fighting it - I need a sweet treat every night. What are yall indulging in? Trying to keep calorie count /nutrition profile in mind. (Protein powder OK too). I love a yogurt set up and dark chocolate but need some more ideas. Also single serve is best so I don’t eat everything in one night!

My daughter is always finding the jets in the pool and pleasuring herself. She also does this in our jetted tub, which I don’t mind as much because it’s in private. She’ll do it in the pool even when we have guests over at times. She’s 8. I haven’t said anything yet in hopes she’ll get over it, but unsure if that’s the right approach. A friend with son told me he did the same in the pool until his early teens. I don’t want to shame these natural sexual feelings or shut something down for her that’s okay for boys. Should I comment? If so, how?

I have vaccinated my 6 year old fully and delayed vaccinating my 1 year old. I honestly would like to hear both sides, what makes you pro vax or what makes you anti vax?
