Hi! Looking for advice and experience of people who have gone through similar situation. I have been working since my kids were born, and my oldest is 8 now. I am having trouble finding the balance and motivation to continue working this high stress (tech start up) job, and miss out on my kids younger ages.

Anyone have experience giving up their high paying careers for either part time or staying home?

Working Moms, how do you find time to workout? It's hard in the morning if I don't sleep the night before due to kid wake ups and after work is not happening.

Hi! We have two sons - one is a summer birthday June, and the other is May. Would love any advice on sending our son to kinder on time and him being on the younger side, or holding him back and him being much older. Has anyone found success being screen-free in the evenings? Like...parents, kids, teens...everybody. We're all face-first in our phones once 5PM hits (guilty too) and missing out on the ONE time of day when we're all together. Tips to get everyone on board?

Favorite podcasts?? I don’t want anything too heavy that uses a ton of brain power, but also don’t want real housewives numb out level. Something in between. I can learn but not have to focus too much.
