Your go to evening healthy-ish sweet treat
-
No more fighting it - I need a sweet treat every night. What are yall indulging in? Trying to keep calorie count /nutrition profile in mind. (Protein powder OK too). I love a yogurt set up and dark chocolate but need some more ideas. Also single serve is best so I don’t eat everything in one night!

I buy the home made whip cream from the bakery at heb and mix berries and sugar free chocolate chips for a little treat. Just put it all in a little bowl
