For a mid 30s mom who knows nothing about skin care and has always been bare minimum wash face & use moisturizer... needing to do better. Any good tried & true recommendations on what to do on a daily basis? Daily sunscreen/moisturizer that is thin and goes under make up well?

Looking for the best non toxic tampons that actually work - AKA don't fall out when you walk (bare minimum) but staying put for a lunge/workout would be IDEAL!!

Anyone had an ablation done so they don’t have periods anymore?!

Worried about the side effects of stopping that natural cycle, but also interested in all the facts, experiences and pros / cons.
