I went to Ideal Image eons ago and it was wonderful. I'm sure things have changed a lot since then but it was all they did at the time so they did it well. It's a commitment to go every 6 weeks or whatever it is but it's one of the best things I've ever done for myself. 100% worth it!

Quick Fix for Head Cold?!Flonase, Afrin if I'm desperate. Maybe it's a placebo effect but I feel like peppermint, lemon balm and RC essential oils in a diffuser and on my chest (diluted in a carrier oil) helps. My husband swears by daily use of Navage. It's like an electric netipot and has made his allergy season manageable. I second Viracid and also do goldenseal, echinacea and Standard Process's sesame seed oil, thymex and congaplex. Melatonin has been shown to have some anti viral function and you have to sleep well to heal so I always add that in too!

Fav "clean" cookware brand? What is your favorite BPA free, non toxic cookware brand for pots and pans? Caraway is great in theory but the non stick doesn't last long and I've found the grease stains are hard to clean.

Kid friendly Spotify stationsTell me some favorite (not Kidzbop) Spotify stations for elementary kids, specifically 5 year old girl and 8 year old boy. One more round of Uptown Funk might send me over the edge. 🤪

Best go-to easy dinnerFajita Burritos!
Get some pre marinated fajita meat, cook it on the side, let it rest for 5 and cut against the grain. Roll it up in a tortilla with shredded cheese and fold the sides in halfway through, keep rolling. Put seam side down in a sauté pan with melted butter on medium and that will seal and crisp it. You can turn it over to crisp the other side or leave as is. Serve with lime rice and avo. Can slice up bell peppers and sauté them with evoo, salt , pepper and garlic powder until soft but still slightly crunchy. We do Mission GF tortillas
