Protect Your Anonymity & Others' Privacy
Our platform allows for anonymous posting to encourage open and honest conversation. Do not share personally identifiable information about yourself or others, including full names, addresses, or private contact details. Respect the privacy of all members.
No Medical Advice
While sharing experiences is encouraged, do not give or solicit medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. MomBrain is a support community, not a substitute for professional medical care. Our vetted experts may provide information, but it should not replace direct consultation.
Keep it Safe and Legal
Content that is hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or promotes illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes hate speech, graphic violence, and any form of child endangerment.
No Spam or Self-Promotion
This community is for support, not for advertising. Unsolicited spam, commercial self-promotion, or affiliate links are not allowed in general discussions. If you are an expert or business interested in partnering, please see our "Advertise with Us" page.
Report Concerns
If you see a post or comment that violates these guidelines, please use the "Report" feature. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours. We will remove violating content and may suspend or permanently ban users who repeatedly or severely breach these guidelines.
