Clutter, Clothes - all the things...How do you simplify in your household?

Mom of three here and struggling with trying to simplify life. Any hacks on keeping things simple or rules you give your household for all the stuff? I'm thankful for all we have, but I know it's more than we need. I'm planning a full purge/donate of all things but hate knowing how much money I have wasted.

Dog breed advice!

We are looking to potentially get a puppy/dog and want some advice. 1. Both parents work out of the house, but we have a nanny who could help in the afternoon let the dog out etc. 2. Best breed with young kids? I was looking at mini Australian shepherds but I don’t think we could give it the life of herding, running etc it needs!! What about golden/aussie/doodle? Any and all advice welcome!!

Tip after BOTOX?

So I recently went to get botox and payed over 450 but during check out I was asked to add a tip of 15%-25% that ranged from $60dlls to over $100. I was surprised and shocked since it was an expensive service and I was wondering is this normal? Are you tipping to get botox or injectables?

Private part talk - 7 year old

Help! I know this behavior is “normal and curious” but would love help on how to navigate and talk sternly about the subject and actions. My 7 year old son and his girl cousin were touching each others privates. We have had this talk about privates are for no one else but himself, mom/dad and doctors. We also talked to him about how it is NEVER okay to do that. I’m torn between punishing him, because I’m freaked out / having a conversation and navigating it in a productive way. Would love advice!

What is a standard night nurse rate? And are there any MUST ASK questions prior to hiring one?

We’re looking to hire a night nurse for the birth of our third baby but have never used one before. We feel set on the nurse we’ve found, but I’m curious what the rate should be hourly, how many times you thought you needed one in the beginning (1-6 weeks), any questions we should ask prior to her starting, and just any tips for working alongside one.

Oof loaded question. Am I doing this right? Work and home life balance is so stressful. Owning your own business and managing family is so much. I wish I had more friends in the same shoes of owning a business and managing family. Would give anything to hVe some perspective from that angle.
