I have 2 kids, one in kindergarten, other is 1 1/2 and I stay at home with her. I am constantly overwhelmed, out touched, and overstimulated. How do you manage your stress at home with a toddler crawling all over you 24/7?
I keep reading that adding new habits to your existing ones is the way to make changes. For example - I read an article about the actress from Ted Lasso that does squats when she brushes her teeth. Any other habits you stack to help in your overall life?
Hi there! My 8 month old broke out in this rash today. She has pretty sensitive skin, always coming back with weird red spots and dry skin after being outside, in her car seat, or even in inside playing. But this rash on her tummy appeared after we did some solids tonight, I think potentially eggs could be the irritant.
Solids have been tough for us! Sheβs more interested than when we started but we lose patience quickly, and we really canβt chew anything. Hoping this gets easier soon! I canβt imagine that she has 3 meals a day without a bottle in less than 4 months.
I've been getting all the targeted ads from Midi and have seen other groups on Instagram but curious if anyone has personal experience with an online hormone therapy doctor?
Would love some tips on how you busy moms find a good rhythm for managing the chaos of life but still making time for yourself. Iβve totally fallen out of a routine and feel like I can barely keep up with everything on my plate between work, school/kids activity involvement, and trying to keep the house from looking like a disaster. Feels impossible to take an hour to work out when Iβm already so behind everywhere else. Has anyone gotten themselves out of a similar rut?
Iβm finally doing the non toxic overhaul, will yβall please give me all the recs and your favorites to try (shampoo, detergent, dishwashing, candles etc ).
Bread- ok in some instances but not in others. Same with cheese, etc.
He can eat ravioli at home and be fine. We go to Mandolas, and heβs wrecked.
Same with icing in birthday cake? But he can crush ice cream or other sugary things.
