I second that ^ I also heard jewelweed does wonders for my friend who’s highly allergic. I have also used baking soda paste and it helped. Mix three tsp of baking soda, 1 tsp water and mix to create a paste texture. Apply paste and let completely dry before rinsing off.

All our kids are fully vaccinated and on schedule. The only vaccines I didn't give for my kids were covid, and I am torn on if I will ever give the HPV, but my kids are young so hopefully there will be more research by the time I need to make that decision.

We started using country save and it's worked pretty well!

You can also add in some vinegar to give it an extra boost if you need. I know branch basics has a boost product as well.

Peroxide works wonders for me if the stain is newer, and hasn't soaked in for awhile. If the pee has set in you may have to treat it before using the peroxide. For a pre treatment you can mix water, white vinegar and dish soap in a spray bottle and pour it ALL over the area. Scrub it in good and then blot. Then you can cover with baking soda, and leave to dry.

I do agree that I have had trouble finding clean bars, that taste good as well. A few I like below:

1. FitCrunch - taste good, but also works for macro counting (not tons of sugar)
2. Simply Protein bars - taste like a rice krispie treat, but lots of protein
3. ProBars MEAL bars are great, but their protein bars are NOT so great

Diablo Rojo - heads up it is a tatoo parlor, they are known for kid piercings. I liked how they took the time to make sure the dots were aligned and in the exact spot, we had a great experience there.

If you are looking for a place that is not a tattoo shop, I've heard GREAT things about Rowan. Nurses do the piercings and you can make an appointment, we've had lots of friends go there and had a wonderful experience.

Agree with what everyone has pretty much already said, COMMUNICATION is key!!! I also think communicating at the right moment. Sometimes I wait until I am super frustrated and then choose to communicate and it always comes off worst. I would try to sit down and communicate this to him at a calm time (not crazy mornings with kids), and also at a time nowhere close to "intimacy time".

A therapist once told me, research shows if you sleep naked together it stimulates the release of oxytocin, which plays an important role in building attachment between partners. Also showing intimacy (hugs, kissing, holding hands) at random times during the day vs. only around "intimacy time".
