Not sure if anyone in this practice is christian based, but would recommend Capital OCD.

Meals to freeze that’s not lasagnaRecently I’ve realized you can freeze everything even rice!!! We will do a lot of bowls etc with rice, vegetables, and then we only have to cook the meat.
Enchiladas are another go to frozen meal we love!

Anyone Used Cenforce 25mg Tablets Before Pregnancy? As always I would refer to your obgyn or a fertility specialist for the answer. That being said, if it’s an emotional / stress related issue that’s stopping yall from completing the task, then I would recommend it to see if it helps take the stress off and be able to complete the task in hopes of a successful pregnancy.

5 yr old: Extremely EmotionalWould agree OT helped our highly sensitive and emotional daughter!!! I probably waited too long and wish I started sooner. They will also give helpful tips and tools on how to parent in those situations too.

3 year old affecting entire familyHi! We had a very similar situation and I worked with a Dr that looked at our daughter’s body as a whole and had us do a bunch of tests. Blood, stool sample, urine test and nose swabs etc. We found out she was very unbalanced, deficient in a few things and also had an infection in her nose we would have never known about. They helped us with a protocol and a few other supplements to put her on.
If your in Austin happy to provide who we went to, but for us we had to go to someone more than what are pedi provided. Still love my pedi, but this Dr helped us with all the different tests supplements etc

Best Non Toxic Tampons - that ACTUALLY Work!I love the Rael brand, they remind me of the old plastic ones but supposedly less toxic. They work for when you workout too.

Favorite Stroller Must-Haves and AccessoriesDoona is a must unless you have tons of stairs and an uneven driveway, then you end up carrying that thing a lot!
We love the double Zoe - redlines all the way back so you can put them in the stroller starting at 3 months. Super light and easy to travel with!!
My favorite accessory you must add is one of the hooks that Velcros on the stroller handle!

anyone else had to cancel a party? feeling so sad about thisI am so sorry you are going through this, but also reading this made me feel less alone because we are struggling with similar behavior with our son. I was constantly taking punishments away and threatening things, just trying to survive and on top of all of it my mother in law mentioned “taking things away is just going to make him hate you, you need to give him the tools to cope”. That hit me hard and gave me lots of guilt. We did put him in OT to attempt to regulate his emotions, but I think what he needs is more therapy to learn the tools to calm his body down when he gets so mad.
All that to say, I’m here to learn too and thanks for posting this and just say good luck and parenting is hard and I never know the right answer or what feels right.

Progesterone while newly pregnant?Totally hard to overthink everything at that stage of the pregnancy! Progesterone can be all over the place and I would say adding the pills can do nothing but help, no harmful side effect!

Help falling asleep or staying asleep!!I had this same issue for a while and kind of became addicted to melatonin. I would try to avoid taking it to fall asleep, but I would take half of a kids one if I woke up and it was before 3 am. I also started to get into the routine of going to bed the same time every night, and putting the phone away and out of my room completely and in the bathroom.

Sleep away camps & maturity?!I grew up going to sleep away camps, but they scare me a little more these days with all the technology, social media and stories these days about counselors/teachers etc doing inappropriate things?!
At what age do you feel comfortable sending the kids, and how do you know if they are mature enough to tell someone if they get put into a bad situation or make sure they can stand up for themselves?!

Eye lash serum ACTUALLY works?!I know there are tons of choices, but has anyone found an eye lash serum that actually works and grows their lashes long?!

Tummy TuckI had a tummy tuck where the dr removed all my extra skin and pulled my abs back together. I will say that the incision is longer than I expected it to be, but I also had a lot of skin to remove! The pain wasn't AWFUL and if you have had children and a C Section you will manage the pain just fine. I will say I highly recommend having help the first 1-2 weeks, my youngest was 7 so it was manageable but if I had younger kids that would be really difficult to recover and take care of them.

Kids Non-Toxic MattressLots of brands have green/natural lines but only naturepedic has legit certification. Other than that, other things to look for in a mattress would be stay away from foam. Consider a coil/spring mattress if you are worried about the chemicals in foam mattresses.

Zoloft affecting libidoI went through this and it was a lot of trial and error...what i learned is be patient and GO SLOW!!!
If withdrawal symptoms occur, it usually means the taper is too fast, and slowing down can help. Obviously work with your doctor, but I did something similar to this:
Week 1: I went from 50mg to 25 mg every other day
Week: 2-4: took 25 mg for the next 3 weeks
Week 5: 25 mg every other day then decreased to every 3 days for the remainder until I was done with my final months supply. -
Husband is Depressed3 kids is no joke and its not easy, we've been there. We were trying to avoid going on medication so we had him go to a functional medicine doctor and get full labs drawn. She recommended certain supplements to help where he was lacking, as well as tested his testosterone.
As a family we also tried to stop drinking, get enough sleep every night and slow down and start to say "no" more. I feel like society doesn't make parenting easy, and we have trouble "keeping up" with all the activities sports etc.

My Kids Seeking Connection and Need IdeasI can absolutely relate, sometimes between work, husband and kids I feel exhausted and like there is just no time. I have to remind myself that even 15 truly dedicated minutes with them, means SO much!!
We rotate through kids and each week its one of their week to have special "date" either either mom or dad (we switch off weeks as well). This can simply be grabbing starbucks after or before school. Honestly, I will pick one kid up an hour early from school randomly on a Thursday or Friday (depending on work) and grab starbucks on the way home, or a treat and that goes a long way!!
