Peroxide works wonders for me if the stain is newer, and hasn't soaked in for awhile. If the pee has set in you may have to treat it before using the peroxide. For a pre treatment you can mix water, white vinegar and dish soap in a spray bottle and pour it ALL over the area. Scrub it in good and then blot. Then you can cover with baking soda, and leave to dry.

I know there are tons of choices, but has anyone found an eye lash serum that actually works and grows their lashes long?!
