Spider VeinsAre you in pain from your spider veins, if so this is what helped my pain from them! I tried Rutin after consulting with a natuuopathic doctor and it really did help the pain, swelling and itchiness!!
I’ve been using the NOW brand from Amazon (450mg) and started with one capsule with food.
As always, check with your doctor before trying something new, but wanted to pass along as it helped me!

3 year old affecting entire familyHi! We had a very similar situation and I worked with a Dr that looked at our daughter’s body as a whole and had us do a bunch of tests. Blood, stool sample, urine test and nose swabs etc. We found out she was very unbalanced, deficient in a few things and also had an infection in her nose we would have never known about. They helped us with a protocol and a few other supplements to put her on.
If your in Austin happy to provide who we went to, but for us we had to go to someone more than what are pedi provided. Still love my pedi, but this Dr helped us with all the different tests supplements etc

Husband is Depressed3 kids is no joke and its not easy, we've been there. We were trying to avoid going on medication so we had him go to a functional medicine doctor and get full labs drawn. She recommended certain supplements to help where he was lacking, as well as tested his testosterone.
As a family we also tried to stop drinking, get enough sleep every night and slow down and start to say "no" more. I feel like society doesn't make parenting easy, and we have trouble "keeping up" with all the activities sports etc.

How to get pee out of a mattress??Peroxide works wonders for me if the stain is newer, and hasn't soaked in for awhile. If the pee has set in you may have to treat it before using the peroxide. For a pre treatment you can mix water, white vinegar and dish soap in a spray bottle and pour it ALL over the area. Scrub it in good and then blot. Then you can cover with baking soda, and leave to dry.
