Waiting to hear from the doctor but we’ve had flu in our house and our nearly 9 week old has a fever and I’m just putting two and two together at this point. Any advice? I know there’s not a lot to do except Tylenol (as directed by doc), and monitor her breathing and hydration/eating/demeanor, and watching her fever generally but…any tips or encouragement welcome!

Almost 9 week old with possible flu - help? -
Favorite Things White Elephant IdeasI always like to give things that elevate daily life in your house or for yourself - maybe something that you would feel ridiculous buying yourself - like kitchen gadgets that’ll cut and seal a cereal bag, a set of linen like guest towels for the bathroom, a fun wine stopper (anthro has so many), festive tea towel, also just bought myself the Owalla coffee tumbler and it’s INCREDIBLE and doesn’t leak and was reasonably priced, a set of garden shears to cut flowers, generic gift tags for birthday gifts, an air tag, etc.! So many options depending on the price point.

Mom Rage@Gray-Kangaroo thank you! My PPA has been really bad so I’m hoping as I work through that, the rage will subside.

Mom RageWe have a 3.5 week old and a 5 year old and a 2 year old. How do yall deal with mom rage? I feel like by the time I know I’d need to take a minute, the rage has already happened. How do yall deal with it bubbling up and stopping it before it happens?

2 year old shrieking at nap time/middle of the nightOur two year old has started to wake in the middle of the night, and shrieks like a banshee until I’m worried she’s going to throw up. We’ve tried calming her, rocking her, letting her cry it out. It’s not night terrors, she’s definitely is awake and just ultimately gets pissed off and works herself up. Any advice?
