Postpartum Appointment Questions? -
Do you provide dinner for your babysitters? If the kids are eating dinner and she's at our house from before dinner time to after dinner time then I'll include her in whatever the kids are eating, usually pizza. If she's coming over later then I assume she's already eaten. Or sometimes I ask beforehand. But I don't order her dinner separate from the kids.

Patio refresh for SpringI just ordered outdoor rugs from boutiquerugs.com and I also heard that rugmeup.com is good. It was crazy inexpensive, it made me nervous I was getting bamboozled but they look great!

ADHD but Not Ready to MedicateMoms with ADHD kids but aren't ready to medicate. What are you doing to support your child? She needs a boost and I don't want her confidence to be effected but I want to try and support her in other areas before jumping to medication.

Weekday Playdates: how many? This is such a pet peeve of mine. We also don't do same day play dates. My kids get one a week (maybe). It's gotta just work out. My kids also need downtime at home whether they realize it or not. They don't do well over scheduled

Podcast rec!Been loving Mel Robbins podcast!! I have to go back and relisten if i'm out of brain power tho. But don't really mind having to do that

Gift ideas for 8-11 year old girls?Room decor, Gel Pens, earrings, cross body fanny pack, anything lululemon (for better or for worse), fake nails, quarter zip hoodie, slippers, cute pajama set with eye mask, hair crimper, anything to help them get going on starting a 'business'.

Two-year old only wants to be heldMy son will follow me around the house asking to be held. Or ask me to stand up (from sitting on the couch) to hold him. Must be standing. I honestly can't believe i'm typing this out. He's the third and last so we kinda do whatever he wants. Realizing as i'm typing how ridiculous this is haha

Orthopedic RecIn Austin-we used Dr Darrel Thomas and had a great experience. Healed ahead of schedule and the surgeon texted over the weekend to ensure my husband was okay as the nerve block was ending
-
Weighted Blanket for toddler boyI agree with using it to help them wind down. Watching a show or playing a game before bed. One of my kids really like theirs and the other does not gravitate towards as much. We also lay it over them if they are having a hard time settling in bed.

Kindergarten Help!Years ago one of my son’s teachers did ready confetti which helped him and he slept with it under his pillow for weeks. Look on Pinterest! Even better if Amazon sells it already made.

Melatonin-free sleep vitamins for kids and teens? My kids do really well with RelaxMax. It's a magnesium powder you dissolve in water (or any liquid). I feel like it helps their muscle aches at night when they are growing too.

March babiesSend the March babies. It's starting to get ridiculous IMO. There needs to be a rule in place where kids should be in their set grades unless there is a legitimate reason to hold them back. Of course if there is a concern then do what you need to do, but not to hold them back just to hold them back.
