Kid friendly, high fiber foodsPinch of Yum 5 ingredient banana chocolate muffins highly recommend as a snack option (made with oats and dates and can add some ground flax to bump up the fiber some more), add ground flaxseed or chia seeds to smoothies, Nature valley muffin bars, whole grain waffles with peanut butter and berries, popcorn, whole grain cereals with 3+ grams a fiber per serving

Where do you get ozempic?I'd also recommend meeting with a registered dietitian (RD) while you are on a GLP-1 to help assure you're nourished. Its really common to have muscle loss, hair loss and nutrient deficiencies on a GLP-1 and an RD can help you optimize your nutrition better so this doesn't happen to you!

Best go-to easy dinnerI love theme nights! Keeps my thoughts organized around planning and then we just swap out the protein, carb, veg, switch in new sauces, dips and seasonings to keep things not boring. Ie. Sunday: Italian (Chicken Alfredo - use rotisserie chicken, frozen broccoli, jarred sauce) Monday: Sheet pan - chicken sausage, variety of veggies and potatoes, toss in oo and pesto or a fun seasoning mix, switch it up and make it Mediterranean style with hummus and tzatziki for dipping, Tuesday: Tacos or quesadillas (use rest of rotessrie chicken) lots of toppings to mix and match, Wednesday: Asian stir fry with chicken or shrimp, mixed veg put over microwave jasmine rice jarred sauces, Thursday make your own pizza night or breakfast for dinner!
