My daughter is 9 and this is her second year going to camp longhorn. I can’t speak for other camps, but this is one where there is no technology and kids are busy all day playing and being outside. My daughter came home last year with new friends, tons of fun stories and she’s excited to come back this summer.

Best clothing rental company/subscription?it depends on what you want it for.. I find for late 30s- 40's Nuuly has brands that i gravitate more towards. RTR has gotten a lil too trendy and fashion forward for me. ( I'm 40). There's fashionpass, and that def feels more "party wear" too.

Summer babysitting ratesreally good question, bc im needing to look into this too. We pay our sitter $20/hr for date nights. ( i have a 6 and 9 year old so they are easy). I've been meaning to chat with her about some days where i need a full afternoon. I assumed I would pay the same rate, and give some money or a debit card to go do some activities with the kids.

Bday gift for a girlfriend who has everything?I recently celebrated a bday and one of my fav gifts was a larger gift card that was pulled from all my friends/guests for me to spend on a nice item. I also think while gift cards may feel "impersonal" they allow the bday gal to buy what they want. Also, one of my fav ways to celebrate a friend is to have one on one time, so a breakfast or lunch date with the tab on you.
