I don’t I was trying the early morning work out schedule and it worked for a while, but then became too difficult with corporate Return To Office and commutes.

Pelvic Floor PT ?I did not enjoy it. I found it invasive and hard to schedule. I switched to a chiropractor for lower back which targeted similar issues and liked that better.
