Ozempic, Mounjaro, wegovy, I don’t really care. I had a coupon last year and it ran out so I’m open to compounding, telehealth whatever! Aiming to not spend a gazillion dollars

You can get Tirzepatide which is the generic of Mounjaro through Victory Medical Pharmacy 4304 Victory Dr, Austin Tx. Contact number is 512-462-3627, ask for the weight loss department. Cost is for the lowest dose you start on $300 a month for four shots and then you have $100 phone call once a month. They monitor you through their phone calls each month and check in with you to make sure everything is going OK with the medicine. even if you live out of state, if your state lets this get mailed to you, you can get it. They will send it to you on dry ice. These shots need to be kept in the freezer at all times. Hope this helps!

You typically have to get the compound if you are not obese or pre-diabetic. A couple of my friends get it through Lavender Sky (a popular and legit provider, not covered by insurance).

Lake Hills Pharmacy in Austin, TX is the cheapest I have found. You can either have your Dr send in a script to be compounded or do telehealth with one of their providers.
I think it starts at $199/month

You can use services like Eden or Hims/Hers. Many of these don't require a telehealth visit or anything other than self-entered info.

I'd also recommend meeting with a registered dietitian (RD) while you are on a GLP-1 to help assure you're nourished. Its really common to have muscle loss, hair loss and nutrient deficiencies on a GLP-1 and an RD can help you optimize your nutrition better so this doesn't happen to you!

Not the same but my insurance covered it in 2024 and didn’t in 2025 so my PCP put me on Phentramine until we could sort it out. It was wayyyyy cheaper, not as good but still something.
My doctor ended up using a compound pharmacy out of New York that ships-Enexia
