I’m trying to eliminate gluten from my diet per a recommendation from my doctor. However pasta is a main food group of my children 🫠 anyone have a good rec for gluten free pasta that is good enough for gluten eaters? Also happy to hear other gluten free product faves!

We LOVE all the Banza pastas and my kids can't taste the difference. Jovial is another brand that is gluten free and super clean.

The jovial spaghetti is sooo good!! Also rummo is the best texture and taste in my opinion too.

Goodies gluten free products are a great option for the whole family! High in protein, fiber and other nutrients and taste great. GF pastas often can get a gummy texture and cooking them for 1-2 minutes less than it calls for can help, and rinsing well after cooking.

I'm GF for 3 years now and recently discovered Barilla has the most incredible GF pasta. Seriously tastes like the real deal. I checked the ingredients multiple times because I didn't believe it was GF. Jovial is another good one!

We like jovial. They have a ton if shapes which makes it seem different enough. I have found banza (especially) and goodles to be mushy and gummy. Check out define dish's gf options. They are usually pretty easy. * if you do a crockpot type meal or soup, I recommend cooking the pasta separately and adding it later so it isn't too soft.
