Schedules help!
•We use a 3 month LARGE calendar for everyone to see all the things.
•Also using EMeals app has been a HUGE life saver for me. It connects directly to your grocery store app to shop the list and then you just pickup.
•Laundry- my two (elementary)kids have their own hamper and have learned to do their laundry- SO HELPFUL. I still help start the washer and sort out clothes when they are dry, but they put them away. We also went to hanging up all shirts…it’s helped them!
•Checklist help for my house, I like to use the PPP version and then add whatever is needed.

•Declutter- still working on this, but I have noticed when I clear out my spaces it makes room in my brain too.

Ways to stay organized -
Melatonin-free sleep vitamins for kids and teens? We have used Mary Ruth non-melatonin sleep gummies, calm magnesium powder and also recently the Bio Ray Sleepy drops. Their Immune drops really helped my kids stay healthy more this fall. I just mix it with OJ in like 10ML.

How much is your housekeeper? We have two women who come and clean our home twice a month for $200 per visit. They are usually there for 5ish hours, but do not do laundry. Our two elementary-aged kids do have simple chores that help us keep the house tidy. Just be sure you explain, model, assist and then oversee the first couple times they take on a chore! (I forgot that the first time…lol)
**I do occasionally hire The Cesta (Austin area laundry service) who are great! I wash/dry they fold/hang and put away- laundry fairies! Price depends on how much you have but usually I pay between $50-150 for this service. -
