Does anyone have any resources for managing ADHD in adults? I believe that I have undiagnosed ADHD and have mostly managed throughout life/have learned to cope up until now, but I recently saw a job shift and am struggling with a radically different schedule and physical space (working remotely/from home now). Any suggestions? Podcasts? Books? Articles?

Screen-Free Evenings?Love this thread and the ongoing conversation about how to limit screen use. We don't do TV during the week, only on weekends. I will say that once the boundary is set, the asking diminishes over time. It really just takes 5-10 minutes of whining from them while I hold out on the rule, and then they move on to some independent play or figure it out on their own. We honestly don't do a lot of traditional "board games" or cards or anything. I really let them facilitate those moments for themselves: "Your job is to play." "It's okay to be bored. That's when the magic happens."
I've also seen people fill a bowl with slips of paper with different options on it- anything from "make a card for a neighbor" to "go jump on the trampoline for 10 minutes" to "fill a bag with outside treasures". Kids draw from the bowl and have to do it. Haven't done this personally but I feel like I've seen people suggest it time and time again so thought I'd throw it out there!
