Any recommendations for laser hair removal in Austin? This postpartum mom wants to start it! I feel like there are so many places and it’s overwhelming!

I’ve been going to alite laser for years, but just started going to refine aesthetics. She’s great and personally recommended by a few. I also saw they sponsored something where if you mention MOMBRAIN you get a discount or $50 off or something?!

I went to Ideal Image eons ago and it was wonderful. I'm sure things have changed a lot since then but it was all they did at the time so they did it well. It's a commitment to go every 6 weeks or whatever it is but it's one of the best things I've ever done for myself. 100% worth it!

Laser hair removal is life changing as a mother- best $ you will spend especially when its bathing suit season!! initially you will have to go often, but now I just go 1-2 times a year as maintenance.
I just learned that Refine Aesthetics offers laser hair removal, I've been to them for other things and have had a great experience. I used to go to a random girl off the east side, but I lived in west Austin and the drive was brutal. I am also in the market for a new spot for my maintenance so I will have to try them out!

Hi, Im an PA and own Refine aesthetics- downtown boutique medspa. We have the Clarity 2 laser- it’s 2 wavelengths (1064nm/755nm), no gel required, and can treat all skin types (even darker skinned individuals). Our fabulous aesthetician Anissa performs our laser hair reduction.
Ideally you shave the area 24 hours prior, expect to do 6 treatments initially and maintenance is dependent on you but typically 1-2 treatments every 1-2 years to stay completely clear
