What are some strategies to improve my toddler’s eating habits? Will eat all fruits and always wants snacks, not substantial food! We put out a meal and its barely touched. Frustrating! Lots of wasted food.

I have found getting them involved with food prep can be really helpful and making it more fun. There are super cute little animal food picks on Amazon that my kids love and even making fun shapes with how you cut things up can help. Keep offering variety of food and always have a safe food. Kids eat in color is a great resource and they have a self guided program called Better Bites that’s great!
