The best Crispy Chicken+Cesar Salad+French Bread

      Crispy Chicken
-pat dry boneless skinless chicken breast (thicker will be juicier)
-Cover chicken in seasonings, Garlic Powder, Garlic Salt, Lemon Pepper, Paprika
-Cast iron skillet on medium high heat and add avocado oil
-Add chicken and cook on ONE side for 5 minutes so it gets a nice crust
-Flip chicken then immediately put in the oven at 400 degrees in the middle rack for 13 min

I have this recipe because someone brought it over and our entire family was obsessed so I asked for it and now make it often!

        Rosemary Chicken and Rice
soooo easy and soooo delicious. Travels well too for drop off.

-Make a batch of Zatarian's dirty rice from the box
-Pour it into an aluminum cake pan
-debone a rotisserie chicken and put the chicken hunks on top of the rice.
-Melt a stick of butter and add tons of fresh chopped rosemary
-Pour the rosemary butter over the top of the chicken and rice
-Cover with foil and warm through

Add a bag salad and french bread and DONE!

          Greek Chicken Wraps Deconstructed

grilled chicken, olives, onion, tomatoes, feta cheese, lettuce, tzatziki, hummus, cucumbers, pita.

Add a bag of lettuce, greek salad dressing and some cooked bowtie pasta.
Adults can make a wrap or salad. Kids can make a wrap or greek pasta salad.
          WINE always wine.

Honestly, Costco has great premade options that range from salmon to tacos to chicken teriyaki bowls. I also love the meal simple options from HEB. Otherwise, a frozen lasagna with some frozen garlic bread is always a crowd pleaser.

Clean Food Crush has a great Chicken Detox Soup. I use rotissere chicken if I'm too busy to make chicken. I'll make sourdough, but if I'm busy then it's a storebought sourdough. I always like to include chocolate or a dessert too! When we had a meal train one friend dropped off Rotissere Chicken, Mac/Cheese, green beans, and cookies. It was not homemade, but it was still a meal we did not have to think about, so still appreciated it.

Tacos are always easy and our go-to, and who doesn’t like tacos!

If I’m really feeling lazy I just to make a meal at central market in the hot bar area - pre made salads, a protein and a carb!

Another vote for tacos! I just double the meat and make 1/2 for my family, then buy all the toppings, tortillas, etc pre bagged, pack it all up with chips salsa and queso… voila! They don’t even have to eat it immediately!

Also a big fan of bolognese bc it freezes well and I can double for my own family too! Add a box of pasta, loaf of garlic bread and bagged salad!

Also check out @naptimekitchen she has a whole doc with meals just for this!!! @carochambers does too!!!!

Literally the yummiest high protein lasagna ever! I serve this with a bagged HeB salad and give them a frozen thing of garlic bread to make to since it take like 5 mins to cook! Every person I have gifted this to or recommended this recipe has lovedddd it!

I had a friend make me an awesome breakfast casserole when I had a baby. It was nice to have something packed with protein etc. and ready for breakfast since other people delivered mostly dinner items

When I had my babes, I loved when friends meal prepped salads + fruit bowls. Sounds boring and simple, but OMG was it my fave healthy go-to snack situation!! Especially to aid in nursing as healthy options! The time consumption of washing fruit, finding Tupperware to store it in was a time-saver!! Just a thought 🙂
