Best go-to easy dinner -
Do I hold my June Baby Back for Kindergarten?I have a June boy and I had SO many people tell me to hold him back and I’m SO glad I didn’t. I knew in my gut he was ready and now he’s entering high school and so ready. He’s also HUGE now and I can’t imagine him going into 8th grade this year 🫣
Don’t listen to others. You know your boy. Go with your mama gut.

sleepoverWe ONLY allow for sleepovers with friends/families that we are super close to, know, love and trust. I’m especially particular for my girls. Late overs are definitely the new “it” thing and I just tell my kids they’ll get a better night sleep in their own bed anyways

Questioning the 4th kidIt’s beyond exhausting, but SO worth it! I can’t imagine our family without our 4th! Go for it!!!!!

Working Moms, how do you find time to workout?I don’t!
Need this advice. -
Smartphones & TechnologyI say hold out as long as you can. It’s is SO hard and they will try to wear you down. We got our now 9th grader a phone in 7th bc we were in the thick of coming back from covid and the bus situation was a hot mess, but I’m holding out as long as I can for our now 7th grade girl. My 9th grader has no social media and very tight restrictions on his phone. He’s given us 3 power point presentations on why he “needs” Snapchat, but we just keep saying no. It’s so hard but so worth it.
My thought is we as adults have a hard time managing the addiction to our phones and they just aren’t mentally mature enough to do so.
Stay strong and I will as well

Summer Baby - send to kinder or no?I have one summer kid, 2 middle of school year and 1 right after cut off who I’d give anything to be able to send next year.
When my oldest (going into 9th, June bday) was around that age, I had SO many people giving me their opinions to hold him back. He was so smart and ready, I just couldn’t imagine not sending him. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to others and sent him. He makes straight As and is now HUGE. I can’t imagine him going into 8th grade with the size he is now.
My advice is go with your mama gut and don’t listen to everyone else. You’ll know what’s right for your kiddo. -
Kindergarten Help!Agree with other mamas. They are beyond pooped those first few weeks. Those that don’t normally nap can be found falling asleep after those first few days from the mental and physical excitement overload. There’s a sweet tip out there about putting a heart on their hand and your hand and letting them know if they ever miss you throughout the day to touch the heart. I think it’s so sweet. I would also set the tone that it’s only for maybe the first week of school, because a year of that might get tough
Don’t forget to take time to celebrate YOU too! Maybe a pedicure or massage that first week back!
