Breast Implants & Avoiding Breastplant Illness

Has anyone had a boob job where they don't actually insert an implant? Wondering if they are able to do some type of lift, and add excess fat or something from somewhere else in the body!! If you live in Texas, its a plus if you have the doctor name you used!
