My son loves video games, we don’t have them but he goes to friends houses and plays them. I loved video games growing up, but I know they’ve changed. Would love any research, experience and all the things to help navigate when or never to introduce them, are their healthy good ones out there still?!

Our kiddos are still 9 and under. We recently did get a Nintendo Switch and try to limit the time each week. They're still younger so some weeks they don't even touch it and other days that's all they want to do. I still think I'd prefer a video game over a TV show. I'm sure they've definitely changed since we were kids (lol), but they probs need more supervision now. Especially since I think you can play with people online so need to watch that.
