    Hi!

I've never tried mushrooms, but I am seeing all the hype about how Moms these days are turning to mushrooms instead of alcohol. Would love to hear others feedback, as well as where do I start?

Obviously, need a reliable source where to get them as well as the types. I don't want to hallucinate or anything!

Coming from a mama who's never dabbled in them and JUST curious!

Hi there! Yes, there are a lot of mom's using psychedelic mushrooms to manage mood & stress, or also as a replacement for alcohol. My experience is that 200 - 400 mg, which is considered a lighter dose, will make you feel lighter and happier... but it's not enough to make you hallucinate or "trip".

There are reputable companies that offer capsules with these doses.

You can also google the stamets stack to learn more about some well known microdosing protocols.

@Dawnedonme I've recently been hearing more about this. Either it's been picking up steam or I've been living under a rock and just surfacing. Both are possible and likely. I've heard about the retreats, does the microdosing help "rewire" brain pathways or is that just the larger doses?

@HotMessExpress I'm sorry I didn't see a notification for this and I forgot to reply!

Any amount of mushrooms whether micro or macro can help rewire the brain. Mushrooms are known for helping your brain's nuero plasticity. Check out fantastic funghi, it's really informative on this as well.

I’ve tried mushrooms several times and had a wonderful experience! No hangover either. I think they’re a great alternative to alcohol or even gummies if you don’t tolerate those well. A lot of research is happening around psychedelics and how they can help with everything from anxiety and depression to PTSD. There really shouldn’t be a stigma around them and hopefully they’re legalized soon!

Mushrooms are suuuuuper fun!!!!!! A very happy, pleasant experience if taken in the right amount. Occasional nausea experienced, but try a snack and ride it out… should be a good time after that… lots of belly laughs and cheer!

I have several recs for products:
Eden direct.com… the gummies are bomb!
Dr Sparkle Bars… referral name is Forrest Greg

                @brown-horse

                Which gummies do you recommend?

And I couldn’t find anything on Dr Sparkle Bars- can you provide more info?

I was just at a work conference and this was what everyone was talking about. They said they barely drink anymore and just micro dose and feel great the next day. I'm now on a mission to try this, it sounds so lovely!! I want to hear everyone's experiences.
My husband has told me for years to try but i've been too scared but it seems so mainstream now.

Schedule35 is great. Start at 50mg. Company will give you a schedule, usually 4 days on and 3 off. It just takes the edge off and enhances your mood. Very helpful to mom

I keep hearing about mushrooms. A lot of my mom friends hardly drink anymore because they're micro dosing. Super wanting to cut back on alcohol for obvious reasons but also sorta scared about mushrooms? I just want something to take the edge off bc duh. Curious on more peoples experiences
