Realistic/great Summer trip for multiple toddlers?

My husband’s family has 7 cousins under 5yrs old. Where would be a great destination where everyone would be reasonably happy?

Port Aransas is a great option. Lots of big homes to rent and an easy drive for central texas. Not fussy or expensive like 30A!

Reasonably happy we have a lot of friends that do Mexico and choose resorts that have a kids club. We haven’t done this but they all really love it, and they are normal people lol

Cinnamon Shores, 30A area, San Diego, Lost Pines, Park City-Those have all been great vacations with small kids for us
