Not much helps…they do seem to get better further from having kids but still come and go.

Same. One day after we’re done having kids I’ll likely have a procedure to remove one but, it’s an intense surgery and my OB had recommended I wait until we’re done having kids since they can grow back.

Same girl! It made it's appearance with every pregnancy. If you eat well, good fiber, hydrate, and exercise you can keep them at bay. Caution with wearing thongs too! Haha. It can definitely irritate it.
