So many of my fiends have added Chaga Mushrooms to their morning routine after working with a functional medicine doctor. What does this help with? Also looking for a functional expert to chime in on other things I could add to my routine (electrolytes, trace minerrals power pack, omegas??). Hey mamas! If you feel comfortable, would you share with me about spider veins/varicose veins treatment? I have some on my legs that I’m really self conscious of and one is starting to feel uncomfortable. My question is specifically relating to treatment and billing. So our pediatrician just let us know that our 7yr old might start experiencing body changes. Not expecting that. How should I start talking to her?

My 2nd grader refuses to do her homework. Is this normal? It is a struggle every.single.day. The assignment can be something as simple as read for 5 mins., she will read for 3 mins. Math hw: Complete pages 1 and 2. She will complete page 1 and refuse to do 2.

What am I missing? What could be the reasons for this? She has no learning disabilities that I know of.

Oof loaded question. Am I doing this right? Work and home life balance is so stressful. Owning your own business and managing family is so much. I wish I had more friends in the same shoes of owning a business and managing family. Would give anything to hVe some perspective from that angle.
