My 3 year old humps her stuffed animal to fall asleep. She does this at home AND at daycare. Do I need to make her stop at daycare and still allow it at home? I don’t want to shame her. But I also want her to associate anything with her privates as something that should happen in a private space. Help!

So many of my fiends have added Chaga Mushrooms to their morning routine after working with a functional medicine doctor. What does this help with? Also looking for a functional expert to chime in on other things I could add to my routine (electrolytes, trace minerrals power pack, omegas??). What else do we need to function as a Power Mom these days lol.

How do you make friends?! I have 3 kids so it’s been chaotic to say the least.

I knowwwww my kids should do chores but I’m utterly exhausted and it’s one more battle I’m not sure I’m up for fighting. Any good systems to get things going?

What does your morning routine look like as working parents with two under two who attend daycare. We cannot get out of the door on time and I hate starting our days like this.

Have I ruined my kids by yelling? I hate that I do it, they just don’t listen and I get to my breaking point.

Our 6 year old son was sick for a full week out of school, and then the week ended with us having to put down our cat. Since the news of the cat going to heaven, he has completely changed. There is so much ANGER in him, and screaming at us, saying mean things being mean to his sister. HELP!!! Hoping to find a solution with a fine line of balancing boundaries, and also teaching him how to express his emotions. It seems to be that his anger is due to sadness. Is this normal????

Hi! Our little girl was put on a steroid inhaler "flovent" after having a few respiratory viruses and RSV. We worked with a pulmonologist and he recommended flovent 2 times daily. I did it for awhile, but I do NOT want my 9 month old on a steroid for the next 2 years. When asked about weaning, he was very defensive and tried to make me feel bad and not recommend it. Hoping someone has had experience with Flovent and getting off of it!!
