Daxxify! It’s important to note that the results of neuromodulators cannot be reversed (they wear off on their own) and 6-9 months is a big commitment (which is how long Daxxify typically works). We recommend trying other neuromodulators first to see if you like the results before moving on to Daxxify. (Like Botox, Dysport or Xeomin). At Clinic Concierge we offer personalized treatment plans and in home convenient care. You are always in the hands of an experienced practitioner! (From pediatric sick visits, urgent care sutures, IV hydration, weight loss and aesthetics!). Now in Austin!!! (You can also find us in Dallas, Houston and Fort Worth). @ClinicConcierge

Following up on my own question...is that a thing? I bit the bullet, went and got measured, and here's the verdict: Natori, Natori, Natori.

My daughter is only 7 so for this age it's been ok to keep it simple and say, "That might be OK for so-and-so to wear, but it's not what we've decided is appropriate for our family. You can wear that all you want to at home or to XYZ if you'd like." (maybe a weekend occasion or a friend's house...doesn't cancel it, just redirects where there's a bit more freedom). If it's a matter of school dress code, I don't hesitate to lean on that and say, "Hey, this is just what the school has for a rule and we're going to respect it, whether so-and-so does or doesn't."

Would be great to hear from a mom of an older girl to hear how those conversations go!

I had a friend in Dallas at the beginning of April, who had to redo her breast lift and decided to take out the implants and do lipo fat grafting as her "filler". She used Dr. Sam Jejurikar.

Just wanted to say I’m in the same boat! I’ve been hearing that you never regret having the kid, but you may regret not having one… would love to hear from any other mamas of 4!

Don't laugh, but when my oldest was 2 she was a biter. So I bit her finger (not hard) and explained that it hurts when we bite so we do not do it. She didn't like it, but also never bit again. 🙂

Same girl! It made it's appearance with every pregnancy. If you eat well, good fiber, hydrate, and exercise you can keep them at bay. Caution with wearing thongs too! Haha. It can definitely irritate it.

@Dawnedonme I've recently been hearing more about this. Either it's been picking up steam or I've been living under a rock and just surfacing. Both are possible and likely. I've heard about the retreats, does the microdosing help "rewire" brain pathways or is that just the larger doses?

SUCH a great question. You are so thoughtful. I think one of the best ways to support a friend is giving her a lot of grace because she'll likely cancel on you, forget to text back more than she used to. It's not because she doesn't care and likely stresses her out and she feels guilty. Tangible ways, I would say bring dinner or wine

I have tried both micro and macro dosing. I am a firm believer that mushrooms can save the world. 🍄🙌🏽

Microdosing might be helpful for anxiety, 200 mg or so.

4 under 6 over here. Wake up before your kids. You’ll be happier and nicer to your family. If you want yo be smooth you must be organized. Pack lunches the day before. water bottles in fridge. Know your quick go-to breakfasts. Have your oldest help. Teach them why time breakfast is done and time to get dressed. Build in way more time for each activity than you think you need. It gets easier one you’ve got a rhythm!
