Hey! It’s such a battle for us parents! I have 2 teenagers and I so wish I had waited longer to let them have phones and text. They both got phones when they turned 13 and even that felt too early. I’d try to hold off until high school honestly because my older daughter got herself into some trouble with her phone in middle school and now that she’s in high school I feel like she can better handle the phone and social media (although I wish none of it existed)

iPad and Texting for kids -
Smartphones & TechnologyI haven’t read the book but my kids are 15. 12, and 7 and I 100% regret getting my older 2 phones before 8th grade. It’s difficult though because nearly everyone in their peer groups have phones as well. I really wish I had waited.

Give the good, the bad, and the ugly on Ozempic? I’m really tempted to start but nervous. I have about 20ish lbs to lose to feel comfortable againThe good is that it eliminates all of the food noise and helps you to not over eat. The bad is that if you don’t use it in conjunction with healthy habits like lifting weights and eating more protein you’ll end up losing your hair and then gaining it ALL back when you get off of it. It’s definitely not a quick fix- so please please please up your protein and weight training!
