Has anyone had a colonic? What can I expect? Would love to hear your experience. Doing it to hopefully flush everything out. Sorta nervous and also wtf am I doing?

Every night I go to bed unsure how all the pieces will come together the next day. It’s way too much. I don’t know how to make it any better besides to take a lot of PTO?? I feel like I’m failing everywhere
