Regardless of age puzzles. My kids have enjoyed puzzles from 3yrs-14yrs (and counting) and I genuinely enjoy participating.

Ticket to Ride (they have a junior version), dominoes, old maid (youngers), sorry, trouble, mancala, guess who (youngers), exploding kittens

If you’re in the little kid stage maybe moms are overwhelmed? It sounds like you’re making an effort! I think we can all feel this way no matter your age or stage. Ugh hate you’re feeling this way!
