Good washer / dryer?! - is there even?!

Hi! Looking for a recommendation of a great front loading washer and drying- is there even such a thing as good ones anymore?!
I switched to top loader which worked great, but new house needs front loader again! Our old ones got so much mold in them and the clothes started to smell. HELP - because we all know there ain’t no time for not having a washer / dryer!!

Someone gave me the advice the other day to just buy one that isn't super expensive and just plan on replacing it every 3 years... I was like is this what we have come to?? We switched to top loaders because we also hated the mold in our front loaders and the smell that came along. When I was deciding between front vs. top loaders I heard good things about LG all in one, but also heard it takes 3 hours -- what mom has time for a 3 hour load of laundry?? no thanks!

Big fan of my Samsung top loader water jet and front load Samung multisteam dryer. Owned them for several years with no issues.
